If you run when travelling, did you ever wonder if you’d see more of a city or could have avoided the busiest streets, if you ran with a local? I’m that guy, in Copenhagen.
If you’re a tourist or expat and new to Copenhagen, you can run Copenhagen with me. I’ll show you what you want to see, or show you what you didn’t know you wanted to see if you want me to.
There are not really any standard tours. -I’ll make the best possible running course for us, based on your wishes. Do you want to visit as many sights as possible? Want to see the harbour? Or run 20 bridges or the parks? You tell me and I’ll custom fit the tour, sprinkled with “the Copenhagen feeling”. Or of course, if you’d really just prefer not to have to choose in a city you’ve never seen before, I’ll take a shot at it and show you what I think you’d like to see.
It’s free, but please note that it’s not a professional running guide service. I’m simply your local run buddy, eager to show my city to guest runners. I’ll point and talk, with a concept of “ask me anything” -as long as it’s about Copenhagen and Denmark 😉.

(Let me add: I’m NOT at lonely guy seeking company, and I’m not desperately trying to reach 1500+ Facebook friends. I’m just a runner trying to combine some of my training with something useful. And I enjoy it as much as my guests do. And they do.)

Når jeg selv løber fremmede steder, får jeg ofte en fornemmelse af at jeg sikkert går glip af noget som ligger lige om hjørnet, eller at der kunne være en bedre vej at løbe. I København kan du løbe med mig.
Men læg mærke til at jeg IKKE er en “rigtig” guide. Jeg er bare en lokal løber der peger og snakker, og gør det i min fritid. Til gengæld koster det gratis.
Danske løbere er MEGET velkomne, men eftersom det hele er baseret på fritid, er resten af denne hjemmeside kun på engelsk (fordi jeg ikke orker at oprette/vedligeholde den på flere sprog). Hvis du ikke er så skrap til engelsk, så send en mail under punktet Get in touch, eller en besked på Facebook Messenger, så forklarer jeg resten.
(Jeg er ikke en ensom mand der søger selskab, eller desperat på jagt efter at runde 1.500 Facebookvenner. Jeg prøver bare at kombinere en del af min løbetræning med noget nyttigt.)
